The QR Codes page shows one tile for every published handyout. Unpublished or draft handyouts are not listed here — publish a handyout first to make its QR code appear.

Each tile shows:

  • A live render of the QR code at small size
  • The handyout title and slide count
  • A status badge

  • Download the PNG and embed it directly in your slide deck's closing slide.
  • Use the design editor to match the QR code colours to your brand.

Setup progress indicator in the page header

The QR Codes Library page header now shows a setup progress indicator in the top-right corner, letting you track your overall account setup from this page.

Setup progress indicator

The top section of the QR Codes page includes a setup progress indicator in the top-right corner of the header, displayed alongside the page title and description. This indicator tracks how far through the initial account setup you have progressed — steps such as uploading a presentation, creating a handyout, customising a QR code, and checking analytics.

The same indicator is also visible from the Handyouts Library and the Comments page, so your setup progress is accessible from wherever you are working in the dashboard.

No. A single QR scan opens the handout in the browser, on any phone. No download, no signup — participation is not gated by acquiring the audience as data.
