Handyouts Library
The Handyouts page lists every handyout you have generated across all presentations. Click any card to preview it and jump directly to editing, analytics, the QR code, or the live URL.
Browsing handyouts in the library
Describes the Handyouts Library page, which now uses the shared overview layout instead of the previous bespoke card grid and popup dialogs. The page lists all generated handyouts and links to the Presentations page for any action that requires creating or editing one.
Handyouts library
The Handyouts page shows every handyout you have generated across all your presentations. The page uses the same overview layout shared by the QR Codes and Presentations libraries.
What the page shows
Each entry in the list represents one handyout. From the list you can see the handyout title, its current status, and navigate directly to the relevant Presentation detail page where editing, analytics, QR code management, and publishing controls are available.
Empty state
If you have not yet generated any handyouts, the page shows an empty state with a Go to Presentations button that takes you to the Presentations library where you can upload a deck and start the generation process.
Relationship to the Presentations page
The Handyouts Library is a read-only overview of generated handyouts. All creation, editing, and publishing actions happen from the Presentation detail page for each individual presentation. Navigate there by clicking any entry, or by going to Presentations in the sidebar and opening a presentation.
Setup progress indicator in the page header
The Handyouts Library page header now shows a setup progress indicator in the top-right corner, letting you track your overall account setup from this page.
Setup progress indicator
The top section of the Handyouts page includes a setup progress indicator in the top-right corner of the header, displayed alongside the page title and description. This indicator shows how far through the initial account setup you have come — covering activities such as uploading your first presentation, generating a handyout, configuring a QR code, and reviewing analytics.
The progress indicator is visible from the Handyouts Library, the QR Codes Library, and the Comments page, so you can check your setup status without navigating away from wherever you are working.
